Refund policy

You have 100 calendar days (from the date of delivery) to return your ORB Mattress. We ask that you sleep on your amazing new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust. Sometimes going from a terrible mattress to a comfy new one can take some time to adjust.
To start the return process after 30 nights, simply email josh@offroadbedding.com, please include your order number. Once eligibility is confirmed, we will simply have you find a local charity to donate the mattress too. Goodwill's or donation centers that re-sell the mattress will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 100-night trial period, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged. Once proof of donation has been sent to us, as well as photos of the donation and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. You will receive a full refund minus a $120 return fee, and someone in need will get a new mattress. Everyone wins!!
Free mattress deals are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We will never ask you to squeeze the mattress back into that tiny box! So once you open your new mattress just throw the box away.
Trials and exchanges are limited to 1 use per customer household.
*Sorry, but the Free Bunk Mattress Pomo is not covered in the 100 night sleep trial.
Ordered the wrong ORB size or firmness?
ORB is not responsible for buyers ordering the incorrect size or firmness. Please double-check that you are ordering the correct size. If the wrong size is ordered and the product has not shipped, simply give us a call at 623.455.4939.
*Please note shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, & Canada are non-refundable. If you live in one of these locations you will receive a full product refund minus shipping cost.
